Hellooo, I’m Somiya - you can call me Som.
I’m a certified yoga teacher, meditation guide, and healing practitioner. I love creating safe spaces where people can let their guard down and simply be - with their breath, with whatever’s here in the moment. You know that feeling when you get home from work and slip into your comfiest clothes? That’s the feeling my classes offer.
But what I offer isn’t a class you fit into. It’s a space that meets you.
I guide slow, intuitive practices that support your nervous system. Whether you’re moving through stress, emotional heaviness, living with neurodivergence, or just longing for an hour that feels fully yours, this space is here to hold you.
This is yoga, meditation, and energy work for those who want to move gently, breathe deeply, and return to themselves. It grew out of own burnout and the relentless noise of always needing to do more… into something softer, something real.
What I Offer

Yoga
Breath-led movement that supports your nervous system and helps you reconnect with your body. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.
If you’re coming three times a week, we’ll begin gently to set the tone, build into a fiery mid-week power class, and close with supportive yin to ease you back down. Over time, this rhythm lets your body find strength and feel lit.

Meditation
An hour of meditation can feel like a lot at first, but once you settle in, time disappears. This class is for serious students who want peace from the monkey mind.
We’ll explore how the mind works, witness its stories, and keep returning to body sensations and breath. It’s challenging, yes, but with practice, you’ll learn to be the eye of the storm.

Healing
Sometimes life gets too much, too quick, and you need a little extra support. That’s where Reiki comes in. I offer distance healing for both people and pets.
You can expect to feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again. For pets, it often eases restlessness, anxiety, or the challenges of old age, helping them come home to themselves too.
Flow with purpose
10% of every class goes to rescued animals
My work is about connection - with ourselves and with the world around us. That’s why 10% of every class fee goes towards supporting rescued animals every month.
For the next three months, your contributions will support the RAK Animal Welfare Centre, helping provide food, shelter, and care for animals in need.
When you practise, you nurture your own wellbeing and extend kindness to those who need it most.
